So to make a long story short, I went to my college and high school years wearing glasses. I felt like a nerd, but I knew inside that I was a very competitive kid who wanted to pyhsical sport. I wish and I wished I didn’t have to wear them. I wanted all my life my vision was perfect teen. Thus, near my last year I decided to make contacts. After the initial fear of putting something in my eyes, I began to feel comfortable wearing.

My whole life has changed because I started to feel more confidence. I went for the sport today and swimming under water (as long as my eyes are closed). I wanted to do many things pyhsical and I was able to do it now with the fear of breaking my glasses. This is not a good idea to wear sports goggles full conatct .. like football!

I sat in the seat of operation and the doctor has used these clamps to hold each eyelid. These clips are cool! It was a little scary, but I could not go back now. Then came the doctor put a solution in my eye numb, it took a few minutes to work. So … I had to be very quiet for the laser to do its work. The doctor told me not to move at all! I did not even breathe! Then I heard a rapid pulse, like many noises and started to burn something to smell. Their was smoke coming from my eye! “I could see the smoke of the other eye and it smelled horrible. The laser was reshaping my cornea. I felt no pain, but all of a sudden, I went blind in the eye, but just for a minute. Before I knew it, the doctor told me it was done! It took only about 7 minutes. Then the other eye, same thing. A rapid pulse, such as noise, smoke, blindness original and was done!

I felt pain and irrational for about one day after I got out of surgery. I could not rub my eyes, could not get water in my eyes and I was instructed to wear these sunglasses at Big Black. I also had to put drops in the eye several times a day special. My vision was still blury and I began to wonder if something was wrong. I remember my doctor told me it would be like this for a day or two while I waited for it. The next day I woke up and I thought I was dreaming! Everything seemed so clear!
