AGING!! When and how does it happen?

Age 25: Growth hormone, the “mother” of all hormones in healthy aging, begins to descend. The skin, the most visible of all, getting old. Even at this young age, the production of collagen and elastin decreases and the skin loses its natural elastic recoil. Blood vessels are less dense jaundice of the skin. skin glands produce less sweat and oil, and dry skin. Wrinkles and fine lines begin to appear and skin sags. And that’s all that happens at 25!

Age 30: Hair loss can occur at any time after puberty, and began turning gray at age 30. Some balding men may be kept out of minoxidil and other products that help slow the conversion of testosterone into DHT.

Age 35-45: bones begin to age (late 30’s women in the late 40’s men), and changes of menopause and andropause start hormones of reproduction begins to decline gradually. More signs of aging-sagging skin, wrinkles, sunspots, less firm connective tissue, “the middle-aged spread”

Age 45-50: reproductive hormones are falling, which causes menopause and andropause. Hormone replacement therapy is currently controversial, but bioidentical hormone replacement has a good health and anti-aging history.

65: Age muscles in women and men.

Why is it so important to look good? And what to do?

Looking good and feeling good go together! When you see the reflection of you looking good, you feel better. When you are healthy and happy and feel good, you look better.

Here are some tips for looking and feeling good. They apply to all ages. From 25-30 and just keep going!

1 – exercise, if you hated gym, try a dance class or a class of Pilate.
2 – breaking a sweat at the exercise, a sauna and a mineral bath.
3 – move gracefully try Feldenkrais, Alexander lessons, tai chi, or qi gong.
4 – get enough sleep. Eight. Hours. No. Six.
5 – save your energy (NADH and Siberian ginseng supplements are good for that.)
6 – Drink plenty of water (filtered, without chemicals.) Avoid sports drinks with sugar and dyes. The skin really old.
7 – eat fresh foods, protein, green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats (olive oil and sesame are good.)
8 – take a good complex of vitamins and minerals, fish oil, vitamin C, calcium / magnesium, probiotics, and antioxidants. These are the basics.
9 – shows the quality of air inside and outside. Chemicals and pollutants in the lung damage of the skin.
10 – minimize processed and junk foods which are full of chemicals, dyes and additives.
11 – Avoid caffeine, tobacco, alcohol. They all speed up the process of wrinkling.
12 – Use skin and body products that are organic chemical-free, (you help the environment too!).
13 – moisturize the skin and age, with rich creams anti-aging Moisturizing Cream. Microdermabrasion or laser resurfacing can be helpful. Pass the Botox, and minimize makeup.
14 – Use only natural sunscreen without octyl-methoxycinnamate, Homosalate, and other ingredients that are harmful estrogenic chemicals. Mychelle, Desert Essence, California Baby and Aubrey all make effective, chemical free sunscreens.
15 – conditioners use chemical free and natural colors on the hair (henna is good).
16 – stress with meditation, tai chi, yoga, massage. Supplements can also help a good place to start is with theanine.
17 – take a few moments of calm and remember a time when you were happy, loving and being loved.
18 – reach and assist other volunteers.
19 – old = rigid. Be flexible, keep an open mind and optimistic spirit.
